On the occasion of FOTO/INDUSTRIA 2021, V Biennale di Fotografia dell'Industria e del Lavoro promoted by Fondazione MAST, MAMbo hosts the exhibition Jan Groover. Laboratory of Forms. This exhibition, coming from the Musée de l'Elysée in Lausanne, is the first retrospective in Italy and takes the opportunity to approach her work, like the series of photographs taken in the kitchen of her home, to that of the master Giorgio Morandi. Celebrated in a solo exhibition at the Moma in New York in 1987, her work combines a compositional sensitivity, which refers to the works of artists who inspired her as Cézanne, Giorgio Morandi and the minimalists, with the echo of the political and social demands of feminism. :
