From 7 November 2021 to 9 January 2022 the Dipartimento Educativo MAMbo hosts A.M.A.R.E., the exhibition of original plates by Eliana Albertini, Martina Sarritzu, Roberta Scomparsa, Alice Socal and Amanda Vähämäki for the realization of the comic book anthology published by Canicola: an anthology of profound pedagogical value, social and political, in which friendship and discovery of sexuality are red threads that tie five stories of teenagers struggling with the transition to adulthood and the expectations of a society still too bound by gender stereotypes.
With a perspective of deconstruction of social, cultural stereotypes and representation of the female gender, A.M.A.R.E., one of the latest issues for the series QUINDICI of Canicola editions, gives bake to young readers all the complexity of adolescence between discovery of their own body, friendships, feelings, sexuality.
A.M.A.R.E. is part of Dalla parte delle bambine, a project aimed at promoting and spreading a culture of non-discrimination from education to feelings in early childhood.
A.M.A.R.E. is a project curated by
