On the occasion of the Eighteenth Giornata del Cntemporaneo, Sesto Senso Art Gallery in Via Margutta 43 will exhibit the works of the master Antonio Tamburro: one of the most recent artworks is Presence, marked by a poetic and introspective dimension: the atmosphere of the painting is as a dream with few dominant colors. The blue, white and gray variations are able to create a fascinating melancholic balance, in contrast to the bright red of the tights of the figure on the left. The rhythm of the painting is slow, as if it were in contrast to the pressing one of everyday life. The prank vortices fill the canvas with no colors mixing with each other, creating an apparent order that focuses the viewer’s attention exclusively on the subjects.
In the center of the gallery, on the other hand, a large painting 200x200 cm “Ombrelli”: here the masterful color and light skills are evident, simultaneously the vibrant fields restore a fascinating glimpse of a rainy day in a metropolis.
Finally, one of the most recent masterpieces, Windows 140x140: an abstract theme created with oil and acrylic on canvas built in shades of blue and light blue; the warm tones of orange and red alternate, in a beautiful kaleidoscopic play, white illuminates the composition and the addition of the other shades of color make this painting so lively. The other canvases of the artist are also present in the gallery: from “Caffè” to “Spiagge”, but also canvas such as “Milano” that represents the contemporary metropolis.
