Stanze Americane. La stagione del colore (American Rooms. The Seasons of Color) opens Romberg Arte Contemporanea's Hospitality Season, a guest-themed season curated by Italo Bergantini and Gaia Conti.
On display is a large-format selection of paintings by three internationally known artists: Italo Bressan (1950), Alessandro Savelli (1955), and Franco Marrocco (1956).

The show's title originates from its early steps taken in locations on the East Coast of the United States and in nearby Mexico, a place of a similar visual culture. Then the exhibition unfolds as a successful mixture of visions, techniques, and sensibilities.

It is Luigi Rossi, founder of the namesake foundation, who brought together the personalities of Bressan, Savelli and Marrocco.
Rossi Foundation is an institution established in 2018 as a direct result of a decades-long commitment to the promotion of art and culture, as well as recovery of historical memory, within the city of Milan.

The show, curated in every venue by Flaminio Gualdoni, presents the captivating narrative of a tour originating from afar, internationally oriented, which crossed even the virtual universe and now lands, after a long journey, in Latina.

The first chapter of the Hospitality Season is thus written hand in hand with Rossi Foundation, a supporting institution and a reality devoted not only to the promotion of artistic/cultural education, but also to boosting the research of new contemporary languages.
There could be no better way to jumpstart an ongoing project that looks to the future with a solid knowledge of the past.
