Luigi Coppola master class
the Ex Situ project curated by Lucrezia Cippitelli (Artistic Director of Ateliers Picha and curator of the 7th Lubumbashi Biennale) and Ramdom, produced by Ramdom, and realized with the support of the Italian Council (X Edition, 2021) art promotion program contemporary Italian in the world of the Contemporary Directorate General of the Ministry of Culture, will be presented to the students of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kinshasa by the artist Luigi Coppola on 10 October. An invitation to students to reflect on the relationship between culture and ecology. Taking a cue from the cases of the Katanga region (DRC), to discuss the role of art and cultural production in territories where land exploitation, monoculture and industrial overproduction create environmental disasters. the goal being to sensitize the new generations to ecology and the protection of the environment.

Cocktail and presentation of the Ex Situ project
in the evening a cocktail presentation will be held in the residence of the Ambassador of Italy where Luigi Coppola will present his project to local authorities, heads of diplomatic representations and international organizations in the DRC, exponents of the world of culture and environmental protection, inviting them to the same reflection on relationship between culture and ecology.
