Descrizione

Our time of observation is a personal time, it can be short, long or very long. Moreover, if such time is connected to the observation of a work of art, we can imagine it becoming more intense, more peculiar. And in doing so, from personal time it has the capability to become collective and communal time, then sharable.
Observation time is a collective path through the contemporary artworks of Palazzo Senza Tempo of Peccioli, which wants to give value to the observation time which the artwork truly seeks. Thanks to a guide, the public will undergo, and walk through, a performative path, allowing the viewer to linger with and alongside the works of art in space. The public will be invited to see, comprehend and explore the works, and will be invited to share opinions and impressions, encouraged by the experience of contemplative time and vision. Enabling the public to finally make experience and understand what the pieces want to say.
Photo-souvenirs A 45°, 5 colori + nero e bianco from Daniel Buren, Dai su fammi un sorriso and Ma che voglia di prenderti per mano from Vittorio Corsini and Senza Titolo from Jeppe Hein, will be the protagonists of this observation. The aim of the path is to reach beyond the simple explanation of the work of art, and to comprehend and see it from different but shared points of view between the partecipants. One of it is the suggestive terrace of the Palace.
The Palace's name is 'Senza Tempo' (which translates 'without time'), and so we hope this could be an indication of the time to dedicate at the works of art
