From 11 October 2022 to 6 January 2023, the Italian Cultural Institute in Stockholm presents the exhibition 'Fare piano' by Sabrina Mezzaqui, on the occasion of the 18th edition of Giornata del Contemporaneo, an initiative promoting Italian contemporary art.
Fare piano refers to the artist's expressive modality, developed around the concepts of slowness and silence. "Practical creation", explains Mezzaqui, "is about doing, about creating. Practical creation promotes knowledge, develops skills, leads to meditative silence. These works mysteriously thrives on emptiness, silence, absence".
Inauguration of the exhibition on Tuesday 11 October, at 6 pm, in the presence of the artist.
