TRENTO ART FESTIVAL is an online festival dedicated to operators of
the Italian and international art scene.
In the second edition 66 projects and 180 artists from all over Italy,
Albania, Austria, China, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, India,
Lithuania and Spain.
In a museum-like setup of over 26.000 virtual square meters.
The Festival was born digital and thanks to the network and all the
participants it is finding its identity. A simple and innovative
project.
Art director Mauro Defrancesco tells how the first digital native
festival in Italy was conceived:
"Using simple tools, the starting point is the Festival website.
The visit continues emotionally in the metaverse on the 3D Kuntmatrix
platform"
The project was born in 2020, like an international circuit for the
promotion and diffusion of artistic creation, developed with
eco-sustainable principles.
With the official patronage of the Municipality of Trento.
The Festival in 2023 will maintain the usual programs of the previous
editions.
The country guest of honor for the next edition is Spain.
The Festival is made up of four major sections: Main Section, Trento
Art Prize, Open Section, and the Reload Section with projects from
previous editions.
New for 2023 is a special section dedicated to NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
Collectors, professionals, and contemporary art enthusiasts by
connecting to the Festival website will be able to virtually immerse
themselves in the artworks of individual artists and galleries,
browsing in virtual rooms of 400 square meters.

The exhibition projects of the 2022 edition are back online.
October 8 On the occasion of the XVIII Giornata del Contemporaneo, a special event of the Festival opens.
On the same day, there will be a meeting and presentation on zoom.
