The exhibition is part of the artistic-cultural promotion framework and intends to raise awareness of contemporary art, in this case Bulgarian art, through Tania Kalimerova, a multidisciplinary artist who in her research experiments with multiple means, placing the emphasis on manual skills and the ability to uniting the various languages and drawing on the richness of the two millenary cultures that today are suddenly rediscovered still close from the time before Christ. The artist's aim is to bring not only connoisseurs and intellectuals closer, but to make the interest of sensitive people eager for culture grow around them and above all young people who will be the future custodians of values and traditions in the context of united Europe.
Promoted and organized by the Bulgarian Cultural Institute of Rome and Texfilart, the exhibition will present a careful selection of textile sculptures (Fiber Art), which is part of the AMACI cultural event from 8 to 14 October 2022.
