Can a plate of food go beyond nutrition and deliciousness? Together with Berlin-based artist Daniel Salomon, participants are invited to tell stories through food.

With vegetables freshly harvested at the Caldera and a few other ingredients we will create dishes that question our daily lives, dishes that explore the infinitesimal or cosmic travel, dishes with a political agenda, abstract dishes, spiritual dishes, funny dishes, disgusting dishes and more besides.

Daniel Salomon is a French-Danish artist based in Berlin. His artistic practice often includes performative, site specific or participatory aspects, focusing on food, language, economy, utopia and cultural identity.
