In Pètuddha the pigmented tissue paper slightly oscillates according to specific rhythmic patterns, a metaphorical sound-visual presence of the movement of a butterfly's wings. The more it is surrounded by silence, the more the installation is free to vibrate following its sound behaviour. The more the "anthropic" background noise in the environment that hosts it increases, the more it is silent and ceases or reduces its movements.
