The project will be free admission for the public on the occasion of the nineteenth edition of Giornata del Contemporaneo promoted by AMACI, saturday October 7th.

The project is a proposal for rebirth through collective participation. It is a work created directly thanks to the people who decide to share this moment. Making bread in the collective becomes an archetypal gesture, it is an action that contains strength and depth, it becomes a symbol of union and sharing, through the hands that transform the natural elements, which thanks to knowledge and knowledge become nourishment for both body and spirit. Doing becomes a mantra that generates balance, brings us closer to the roots and radicalizes us as human beings in the rediscovery of sharing in the community. The process of making is a moment of union, the product is the result of sharing, the cards that will remain from the cooking of the leavened food will be worked so that they become a collective work.
