Descrizione

On 7/10/2023 at the Colleoni castle in Solza (Bg), through the initiative of the Granata-Braghieri foundation, an exhibition will be inaugurated and presented, following the guiding theme of ecology, proposed for the contemporary day 2023.
The exhibition embraces more than one aspect, interpolating in particular the pictorial activity of Attilio Granata and that of Franco Braghieri as a designer.
The two personalities, despite having different personal paths and activities, moved in the direction of creating a life whose value areas were directed in favor of a "living environment" that was as ecologically sustainable as possible.
This area includes the values of family unity, dedication to work, and ways of doing and thinking about life, adhering as much as possible to moral and ethical principles.
The context is that of the difficult period of social history, especially in Italy, after the Second World War and of the evolution towards the recovery of the society of those years.
The same principles that guided the personalities whose artistic legacies are displayed through some of their artistic legacies, today, have converged in the foundation, wanted by Daniela Braghieri and Angelo Granata, with the aim of promotion through the proposal of cultural and educational initiatives with a also to the environment.
In this sense, the interpretation of the term ecology, which is proposed in this cultural initiative, is in a broader form than only that directly connected with the natural environment, and intends to draw attention above all to the need to recreate an ecology of life of the individual person, understood as psycho-physical balance, family relationships and more generally human relationships,
healthiness of spaces which, inevitably, can lead to an ecological awareness as a necessary cultural fact and to be pursued.
