For the day of the contemporary Project Room MATERIALE opens its doors on 7 October from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00 for a special family portrait session, created by the photographer Simone Ridi free of charge for all those who want to participate.

The portraits will then be delivered in high resolution digital format to the participants to email and will become part of the ARCHIVI DOMESTICI | documentare il quotidiano.

The project was born from the desire to disseminate the private tangible and intangible heritage contained within family archives with an innovative method linked to contemporary artistic and cultural multimedia practices and tools and to update it thanks to the actions of creatives and artists who will give with their contribution a new rereading shared with the protagonists of the stories.

The space will function as a studio, hosting shooting sessions. During the day, the multimedia products created during the first festival dedicated to domestic archives July/September 2023 will also be presented.
