The exhibition aims to lead us to observe the world around us in a new, unusual, creative way, to see a forest in a cauliflower, to place strange seeds in the hands of young generations, to place our trust in a cabbage. Sustainability requires a paradigm shift where the gaze placed on nature must necessarily reflect that of the old farmers who, observing their field, imagined it in the future, cared for so that it could always be there before their eyes and the eyes of their children, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren. This is sustainability: giving the possibility in the farthest possible future to participate in that same vision. And this is only possible by entrusting a value that cannot be spent on a monetary level, but culturally, linked to the community to which the value attributes and through this simple act falling in love again with the small phenomena of the natural world, such as simple cabbages. Only by rediscovering their beauty and value is it possible to take care of them so that their space is guaranteed in that distant future that is so quickly approaching.
