An invitation to reflect on a complex theme, of roots, accompanied by two artists from Trento: Angela Marchetti and Umberto Rigotti, who add their personal contemporary vision to the research on the theme already undertaken by the XXXII International Festival of Staira and Humor “City of Trento” 2024.
Angela's work (“Fragments -Between Sign and Nature”) is an invitation to cross GEO, where, “Present life is polluted at the roots. Man has put himself in the place of trees ...and has polluted the air, has prevented free space.” - The Conscience of Zeno, I. Svevo. Umberto's works show the Connection with the whole, the roots sink into Mother Earth and find nourishment there, the branches seek connection with the sun source of life and transformation (“Tree of Life”); at the root of understanding the most important concept of life, grow! (Genesis).
