On the occasion of the twenty-first AMACI Contemporary Art Day, on Saturday 4 October 2025 at 3 p.m., Fondazione Pistoia Musei is offering a special guided tour of three venues dedicated to 20th and 21st century art: the Collezioni del Novecento at Palazzo de' Rossi, the Giardino Volante and the Haemodialysis Pavilion. These are unique places where play and care take place in contact with the works of masters such as Sol Lewitt, Robert Morris, Daniel Buren, Claudio Parmiggiani, Hidetoshi Nagasawa, Dani Karavan, Gianni Ruffi, Luigi Mainolfi, Alessandro and Francesco Mendini.
The visit will offer a glimpse of the works and personalities, both from Pistoia and international, that have marked the city's most recent artistic scene, highlighting the role of private patronage in building a relationship between contemporary art and public spaces.
Booking for the guided tour is mandatory on the website www.pistoiamusei.it.
On AMACI Contemporary Art Day, admission to the Collezioni del Novecento at Palazzo de' Rossi will be free for the entire day on Saturday 4 October 2025.
