SINAPSI – Creative Visions of the Territory
On Saturday, October 4th, at Viale Bonopera 37 in Senigallia, an art event open to the public will be held, promoted by the association Lapsus. This is the first public appointment of the project “SINAPSI – Creative Visions of the Territory”, a journey intertwining art, identity, and youth participation.

The Lapsus association has been working for years in the Senigallia area to promote artistic expression as a tool for inclusion, personal growth, and collective reflection. In particular, it focuses on promoting visual arts, engaging outsider artists, and projects dedicated to disability and social inclusion.

With SINAPSI, a new path begins: a series of cultural, creative, and participatory actions involving schools, youth groups, artists, and active citizens. The goal is to create new shared visions of the territory through expressive languages and artistic workshops, culminating in the creation of a collective mural inside a school.

The October 4th event will be an opportunity to publicly present the project, share its next steps, and engage new participants. Members of the association, professionals leading the workshops, artists, and local guests will be present.

For the occasion, the spaces at Viale Bonopera 37 will also host an exhibition of works by artists connected to the association, including figures from outsider art and the local art scene. This will be a chance to get to know up close the visual and creative language that Lapsus has been promoting for years: intimate, visionary, and authentic works telling stories of fragility, resilience, and beauty.

During the meeting, interactive activities, moments of exchange with the public, and informal spaces for dialogue will be offered. The atmosphere will be that of an open workshop, where anyone can approach, observe, and participate.

SINAPSI is an invitation to build connections: between people, generations, stories, and places. It is a way to restore symbolic and emotional value to the places we live in every day, putting the voice and perspective of young people at the center.

The project will unfold in the following months through several phases: workshops in schools, urban explorations, training moments, and collective artistic restitutions. At its heart will be a workshop at the ISS “Corinaldesi Padovano” in Senigallia, where a group of students will be guided through an expressive and creative path leading to the design and creation of a collective mural.

Through art therapy techniques, expressive methodologies, and group activities, the project aims to bring out new narratives of the territory based on listening, memory, and a vision for the future.
